One of the main ideas in chapter 15 is the use of blogs, and how an advertiser can use them to their advantage to reach target markets. Blogs have the potential to reach a wide target market and that's what marketers want. Bloggers can also be big influencers on a product and that's what marketers need to watch out for. They need to keep bloggers happy, because if they don't that could have a negative impact on the company. 
The article I choose provides examples of successful business blogs.
